Senior Program Officer

(Full-time position based in Phnom Penh)

Prestige Alliance is a professional service firm which specializes in business and property management consulting services. Consulting services include business development, financial advisory, digital marketing and capacity development for corporate clients and development partners.

Prestige has provided business advisory to firms and corporate, develop complex tech solutions, and managed programs, such as the SprintX Investment Readiness Program, the Global Cleantech Innovation Program, and Cambodia Development Support Unit Program.

We are looking for a qualified Senior Program Officer with strong business acumen to help our local and international clients manage and execute programs through program design, program planning, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. You will be an important ally to every organization who wants to invest in change and make an impact. The candidate has to possess great coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful program delivery. The Program Manager reports to the Managing Director.

The goal is to contribute to the clients’ long-lasting success.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Planning and designing programs
• Organizing and executing assigned programs for the clients according to client’s requirements
• Proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and reporting
• Managing program budget and expenditure to ensure efficient program
• Supervising and facilitating project team members workflow
• Ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and skills within each project
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders (investors, funders, partners, and sponsors)
• Analyze and interpret data to identify weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
• Write insightful reports, formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to the client’s requirements
• Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in business consulting, program management or equivalent
• Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Operations, Marketing, HR, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Aptitude in business finance and financial management
• BA in management, business administration, finance, or relevant field; BA or MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage
• Certified Management Consultant is a plus

The work is full-time 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility is allowed and can be discussed.
